The Website is made available to you by Prayer Revival Ministries, registration number 2002/002272/07, a Non Profit Company duly registered in the Republic of South Africa, including its subsidiaries, and holding companies from time to time) (referred to as “GE“, “God Enchantment”, “we“, “us” and “our“) (“Terms and Conditions“).

PRM is predominantly a Christian Ministry.

These Terms and Conditions are binding and enforceable against all individuals and/or entities (referred to as “you“; “your” or “user“) that access or use the Website, or any part thereof.

By using the Website, you will be regarded as having read these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the Website.

PRM reserves the right to amend the information displayed on the Website including the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to you.

The “God Enchantment“, logo is the private intellectual property of PRM

The Website, including the Website Content is the exclusive property of PRM.

You understand that any reproduction of the Website Content and/or the God Enchantmentlogo by you or any third party in any manner whatsoever is strictly prohibited.

You will not / may not:

  1. acquire any right, title, or interest in or to the Website and Website Content
  2. make a permanent copy of or reproduce this Website and/or the Website Content in any form whatsoever;
  3. reproduce or incorporate this Website into any other website; and
  4. frame this Website without the express written consent of PRM.

While we take every care to ensure that the standard of the Website remains high and to maintain the continuity of it, you acknowledge that the Internet is not always a stable medium, and errors, omissions, interruptions of service and delays may occur at any time. As a result, we do not accept any ongoing obligation or responsibility to operate this Website (or any part of it).

You agree that PRM will not be liable to you in any manner whatsoever if it chooses to suspend, modify, or terminate the Website.

PRM provides the Website on an “as is” and “as available” basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind (express or implied) with respect to the Website or the Website Content (including, but not limited to any pictures, photographs of properties, text, graphics, advertisements, files, links, financial calculators, currency conversion; erf and building size/s, general property information or other items on the Website) and disclaims all representations and warranties.

In addition, PRM makes no representation nor give any warranty, undertaking or term (either express or implied) as to the condition, quality, performance, accuracy, suitability, fitness for purpose, completeness, or freedom from viruses, Trojans, bombs, time-locks or any other data code or harmful mechanisms (which could corrupt or affect the operation of the Website or our systems) of the Website Content.

We make no representation nor give any warranty that the Website Content will be accurate, up to date, uninterrupted or error free.

PRM cannot be held liable for any inaccurate information or content published on the Website save where such liability arises from the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of PRM.

Personal information is crucial to the running of PRM’s business and is one of its most valuable business tools. We respect and value the security and privacy of your personal information and follow security procedures when storing and disclosing your personal information to prevent unauthorised access to such information.

You agree that we may collect, store, and use certain personal information about you in accordance with clause 11 below.

10. Types of Information Collected

When you register on the PRM Website there is certain personal information that is collected about you so that we can provide you with the service you have requested.  This information includes but is not limited to:

Should you choose to register on the PRM Website and provide us with personal information, it will be used for the purpose of providing you with the service you requested in conformity with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 25/2002.

We respect your privacy and undertake not to sell, rent, or lease your personal information to others.

We will only register your email address if you have registered on the PRM Website. It will only be used for the purpose for which you provide it and will not be added to a mailing list unless you request that this be done. We will not disclose it without your consent.

11. Social Media

Should you share the PRM Website, or any content on the Site that we create and make available in connection with the Site, including but not limited to the written content, visual interfaces, interactive features, graphics, designs, and photographs, on any social media platforms, your activity may be visible to third parties depending on the privacy setting you have chosen on the applicable social media platforms.

PRM operates various social media communities on various platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, etc. When you connect with us via any such platform, we may receive personal information about you. The way your personal information may be used is set out in the applicable privacy policy of such social media platform. You should read their privacy policies together with the PRM Terms and Conditions.

12. Email Subscriptions

We maintain a list of email addresses for correspondence purposes and the occasional Newsletter. By accepting our Terms and Conditions you acknowledge and accept our correspondence. You can at any time unsubscribe from any email service with PRM. Our server has been configured in such a manner that e-mail addresses can only be accessed by authorised PRM staff.

13. Cookies

To make your experience visiting the Website as simple and convenient as possible we use “cookies“. The Website uses first-party cookies and second-party cookies and other similar technologies for measurement, data analysis, targeted advertising, and potential personalisation of the Website so that PRM can better serve you with furthercustomised information when you return to the Website.

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

15. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in the Republic of South Africa.

In the event of any dispute arising between you and PRM, you consent to the jurisdiction of the Gauteng High Court (notwithstanding that the quantum in the action or proceedings may otherwise be beyond the monetary jurisdiction of that court).

PRM may legally assign any of its rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions at any time without giving you notice.

You agree that you may only use the Website for lawful purposes and may not in any manner whatsoever modify, distribute, or exploit the Website Content thereof without PRM’s prior written consent. You also agree that you may not abuse or misuse the Website or the Website Contents in any manner whatsoever.
