Shocked!
Have you ever been shocked out of your mind!? Literally affected with sudden and great wonder or surprise to where you just stand in awe and amazement?
If you have, get ready for some even greater ones! If not, prepare yourself because God has some really “shocking” experiences waiting for you! 😊
The Lord’s desire is to “shock” you with His goodness!
In Ephesians 3:21 He says that He will do immeasurably more than all you ask or imagine. Imagine that! Have you ever taken time to just sit and think about the things you dream of in your imagination? How big are your dreams? Do you dream of things that you think are impossible? Well, God is able to go way beyond all you dream of. In fact, He delights in giving you sudden and great surprises!
“Well, that’s never happened to me!” might be your response to which I will reply, “Well, that doesn’t change the fact that He wants to. The fact is that you are not dreaming of anything with Him. There are two little keys to unlocking this ‘shocking’ mystery and opening its door. The first key is called ask and the second is called imagine. If you use one without the other the door stays shut, and as a result God stays shut in! You need to let Him out!” 😊
It’s the beginning of 2018 and I think we need to go on a little “shocking journey” together where we learn to open the door to the great and wonderful surprises that our Father has in store for us and give Him the chance to overwhelm us.
Daddy is just burning with delight and anticipation to you opening this door!
